Book a few days ahead where you can — popular weekend slots fill fast.
A A$50 card deposit secures your spot and comes off the final price.
If you are running more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours ahead. Inside 48 hours or a no-show forfeits the deposit.
The wash and blow-dry is available on request only. For all other appointments please arrive with freshly washed and product-free hair.
Bring reference photos of the style, length and colour you're after so Bee can match your vision exactly.
Once your booking is confirmed you'll get a confirmation email. For mobile visits the full address details are arranged with Bee beforehand.
For larger installs the appointment may be spread across 2 days. Allow the full appointment length — come comfy, bring snacks and a charger.
Deposit by card only. The balance is paid on the day, preferably in cash.
Visit the home salon in Ellenbrook, or book Bee to come to you — travel details are confirmed at booking.
Please keep extra guests to a minimum unless arranged beforehand.
